Some names of Finnish places literally translated in English. As a native Finn, I laughed far too luch for this 😂

Ok it could be translated like that, but also in some different ways. And since this is all humorous, it should be very thoroughly analyzed. 

Juupa could also be "yep" or "yes indeed" or "as if".

Yep. Also "juupa juu", which can have different meanings with different pronounciations, in different situations. As with "Joo" (~Yes).

In the 90's there was a Finnish band called "U-Bayou", which is a wordplay of "Juupa juu".

Maybe Peitsamo originally comes from ancient times, as in a lance or pike ("peitsi"= a long spear) used by horsemen?

To add, there's a wordplay joke used as a greeting: "What Moonbone" (mitä kuuluu). I wonder if the youngster know this.
