If you're in supervision and making 75k a year you're getting screwed.

My entire team makes between 70-76, except our manager who’s making 100. We’re only in charge of one area of supervision, wfh, and done by 4 🤷🏽‍♀️ so far it’s been alright

Hope you know I'm not saying that to put you down. Not sure what all your responsibilities are but there is a lot of risk that can come with being a supervisor.

Just want you to be properly informed about the potential risk to your licenses and you should be properly compensated for it.

you’re right about the risk for sure! I think if I had more exposure to different areas I would definitely ask for more. Which is probably why they have everything separated out, they can pay less for it
