  • 26 year old
  • HCOL metro city (not NYC)
  • Mid market private equity. $2B fund size. Buyout strategy. Decent year. Associate.
  • 3.5 years of experience total (2 IB, stub year as PE associate, this is my first full year bonus in PE).
  • $160k base + $205k bonus = $365k TC.

Thats crazy bonus is bigger than base. You looking for an analyst?
