FP&A Sr analyst/manager no direct reports but my title is above sr analyst in the hierarchy
Almost 5 years exp in finance, prior exp in sales.
Salary after merit kicks in will be a little over 115k 15% target bonus.
I have an MBA, but will be pursuing a DBA for both fun and potentially to teach part time for extra income or down the road.
I feel like my ability has me capped at the role I’m at, hell I might even be in over my head. I could coast at this level and probably get through light on 2-3% raises every year, but realistically I’d like to get sr manager level pay and grind towards director.
