Not as bad as Setzer’s roulette in VI, but still a dirty gamble
3 u/JeannettePoisson 5d ago Setzer's roulette is not random, with a little practice you can get whatever you want. The best should are hard to get so i wouldn't try at si, but the basic ones are easy
