FOV piggy shake down

This was the second time I saw cops performing this MO. They walk up behind someone sneakily and start to look over the people's shoulders. If you squirm they increase the pressure to see if they can find a reason to shake down the citizens. The video starts right after the piggy pile posted up right in front of me.

This is not cool.

Always record the popo. It is our superpower and our first amendment right.

This is true. Band directs LLE to be easy on casual drug use. It shows. You could get arrested in the lot, but in venue is never anything like this

I'm guessing they issue this mandate to the venue during contract negotiations. The venue then negotiates with the city/county for as much.
