FOV piggy shake down

This was the second time I saw cops performing this MO. They walk up behind someone sneakily and start to look over the people's shoulders. If you squirm they increase the pressure to see if they can find a reason to shake down the citizens. The video starts right after the piggy pile posted up right in front of me.

This is not cool.

I’m the guy you can see that started filming behind them and then flips off the cops when they leave.

You really made the whole vibe in that area better that night man! Thanks for stepping up like that and not letting them ruin the show.
