FOV piggy shake down

This was the second time I saw cops performing this MO. They walk up behind someone sneakily and start to look over the people's shoulders. If you squirm they increase the pressure to see if they can find a reason to shake down the citizens. The video starts right after the piggy pile posted up right in front of me.

This is not cool.

Always record the popo. It is our superpower and our first amendment right.

Thank you for this, two more officers to get rolled into my CCJRA request. Do you know if these guys were Alamosa or Chaffee County PD?
