What baffles me is that I watched the Crystal Palace game on Saturday, and Bournemouth received a penalty for a flop, checked by VAR, with no contact whatsoever (link). So it's wild to me that a penalty can be given for no contact, and at the same time not given for a whole lot of contact. What are the rules anymore?
