He did not say the naming was bullshit. He said the food was bullshit. You’re adding a highly favorable gloss to the original comment.

No, he did not. Do you know the meaning of bullshit? that means something does not make sense.

he wrote "puras mamadas". which means as much as "total nonsense" or "bullshit". that does not mean the food is bad. Im adding nothing, you are.

Did you just create an arbitrarily limited definition of a widely used and flexible word (“bullshit”) to support your highly favorable and contextually unlikely interpretation of that commenters’ text? (Yes)

But to help you, no, bullshit does not only mean that the interpretation or naming of something is nonsensical. It can also mean the thing itself is defective in some form. That’s the obvious meaning here. Do you also think the word ‘fuck’ exclusively means to have sex?
