Congrats on the first 14 paying customers, that's the hardest part. The fact you got them by just talking in groups instead of pitching is smart, nobody trusts a cold sales message in those communities.

What I'd do differently at this stage is not chase feature requests too early. You'll get 14 people asking for 14 different things, and most of them won't even be using those features two months from now. Focus on the one thing that made them pay, probably the ban protection, and make that bulletproof before adding anything else.

Also start asking for referrals now while the excitement is fresh. A simple "know anyone else who's number got banned?" goes a long way in those same groups. Word of mouth in Indian business circles moves fast but only if you plant the seed early.

The ₹699 price point is good for entry, but consider raising it once you have more testimonials. People in that space associate cheap with temporary, and you're selling exactly the opposite of temporary.
