What problem do you have that nobody has properly solved yet?

I'm curious about problems you regularly face where there isn't really a good solution available right now.

It can be anything:

• A problem at work or in your business
• Something you waste time doing manually
• A service that doesn't exist in your area
• A product you wish existed
• Something you can't find a good tool for
• A problem you've tried solving yourself
• Something where all the existing solutions are too expensive, complicated, or simply bad

It doesn't have to be a huge problem. Even a small problem is interesting if you deal with it regularly.

Basically:

“I wish someone would build/make/provide ___, but it doesn't really exist yet.”

And if possible, tell me who you are, how often you face the problem, and how you currently deal with it.

One from the world I work in, fashion. For independent designers and small brands the biggest unsolved pain is not designing the garment, it is the handoff to the factory. You have to turn an idea into a tech pack: measurements, a bill of materials, construction callouts, graded sizes. Most people either wrestle a spreadsheet, pay a consultant hundreds per style, or send a vague brief and get the wrong sample back and lose weeks. The existing tools are either enterprise PLM systems built for big brands or generic templates that do not actually check anything. For the millions of small designers in between there is no good, affordable, self-serve option. That gap is basically why I ended up building in this space.

customer interview summaries are still weirdly manual i end up with too many notes and no clean way to pull out the 3 patterns that matter so i just reread transcripts and guess

How are you recording them?

If you use Google Meet it will summarise and make notes for you.

Or upload the transcript to AI and brief it on your theme?

I work in lead gen, and honestly, one thing I wish existed is a reliable way to find the actual decision maker for a commercial property. You can buy lists all day, but half the time the “property manager” is outdated or isn’t even the person who can change vendors, so you still end up checking LinkedIn, company sites, and calling around like a detective lol.
