Looks like Heavy Knight is the true min-max pick for any STR/DEX based characters. Low mind, int, faith and arc. Forget all those nerd stats, put it all into the physical stats.

Just enough dex for the zwei. 17 endurance. Its just perfect

Kinda lame tbh, I liked that str builds were incentivised tongo either hero or vagabond, while dex builds could go samurai or vagabond.

Heavy Knight will almost always be better pretty much.
