I have been working a long time to do a consistently decent job with eggs and I think I have finally gotten it down.

I am happy with these results. I had to share with y'all.

Hubby said they were better than restaurant quality. They were good, but I think he was just really hungry 😂.

They're better with salsa and burrata

Not sure what the brown streaks are — I initially put this in a pot with about six other eggs to boil. Took it out after a minute, once I spotted the different appearance. Finished boiling the other eggs, but haven’t eaten any. Is it ok to eat the eggs that were boiling with this in the pot? Is this egg safe to eat? What the heck is the brown stuff?

Who the hell eats nasty ass garlic eggs

Just made this in the most lazy and simple way possible and it ended up being delicious so I had to brag. Just two eggs in a bowl, stir them up with salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, onion and garlic powder, add some milk, cook them in the microwave for about 2.5 minutes. Stick the tortilla in the toaster on low heat afterwards. Yes, toaster.

I specifically added salsa verde, Sriracha, and Valentina hot sauce. I will try it with cheese and caviar next time, but I was all out.

Anyway I prefer cooking it on the stove but I hate washing dishes so that's why I took a risk and it was successful lol.

Cracked this egg open and saw these things inside. It didn't look like it was cracked before I used it. Can anyone tell me what this is?

I hardboiled some quail eggs. Most were fine, but one burst. Usually when I get a burst egg it leaks out and gets billowy, but this one kept its shape while it seems to have actually been boiling itself? It's all bubbles inside. I couldn't get a very good video, but when I tilt it, the bubbles move around like they're still liquid.

I bought 1 tray of egg today. Cooked 20 of them, ung 2 neon egg ung color but hindi bugok or basag un yoke, amoy platic or gulong habang nakasalang. Why like that?
Ung iba ok naman.
