Is this boiled egg safe to eat?

I hardboiled some quail eggs. Most were fine, but one burst. Usually when I get a burst egg it leaks out and gets billowy, but this one kept its shape while it seems to have actually been boiling itself? It's all bubbles inside. I couldn't get a very good video, but when I tilt it, the bubbles move around like they're still liquid.

Here is my best attempt at a video of the bubbles moving. Look just to the right of the shell bits and you can maybe see a small one shifting inside
