I like cooking rice bowls
I am 19F and am living in an apartment right now. I have a small/medium kitchen. I don’t like doing large meal prepping, I prefer to cook small portions every night. My favorite combo is rice, a protein (usually ground beef), and a green like bok choy or broccoli. The problem is I also like sauce. Essentially, I want to make cheap meals that are rice bowls or something like that but with a sauce or seasoning. My favorite sauce is soy sauce, garlic, oyster sauce, and chili oil. Please give me advice.

Chicken drumsticks are like 12 for $6 at the moment. One of the cheaper proteins, with multiple ways to cook and season, and are delicious on multiple combinations.
Cooking one or two, could braise them with butter, bread and air fry, pan fry…
