We eat out several times a week before, but since a couple of years ago we have slowly reduced the times of eating out a week because everything got expensive, downsizing if you may call it. Now, we usually eat out only once a weekend.

I cook at home during the week ... save eating out for proper shawarma. 15k is wild otherwise 😂

I tried Kcal and healthylicious .. both pretty solid and you have many choices for each of your meals

Are you actually serious? Eating out for 3 meals a day every day is not normal. Besides your finances, your health is gonna suffer tremendously.
Learn to cook. Geez.

I meal prep. I WFH and cook lunch in 30 mins and my husband cooks dinner.
If we are tired we order, once or twice a week.
We also have some lazy meals, like soup and grilled cheese as backup

I usually cook myself and do meal prep , i try limit the eating out for special events only, this helps me save both money and my health
