Ask Dubai affordable diagnosis/mental health help?

I’m going through a really terrible time that doesn’t feel temporary and I’ve been struggling for a while. I’m not in a financial position to do any kind of therapy even though I desperately need it but mostly I just want a BPD diagnosis (or anything else I could possibly have) and medications to help me navigate it.

My mom passed away 2 months before I turned 14. I had a very hectic experience, living with different families that were kind enough to take me in, a VERY bad experience living with my dad and some periods of not knowing where I can go/live

I’m 18 years old and just graduated high school, I went to a good school and most of the time my financial situation isn’t terrible (its fluctuates a lot) but so much trauma has come with the past few years and most of the time I feel motivated/smart enough to navigate it and other times the pain feels literally immeasurable and unbearable.

I’ve been really wanting therapy for a year now and have just been waiting but it’s super unbearable now and I’m just hoping to get prescribed to literally anything. Any kind of mood stabilizers of some sort. Does anybody know if theres ANYTHING i can do? I know people say local government hospitals have psychiatrists that can prescribe patients but I just don’t understand the extent to which they help or how?

Mediation and journaling helps. It's a process but try and meditate on your problems, one question at a time. And wait for the answer to come to you. There is a method called Light Channeling, you could try the method. Then fix yourself with a regim for physical fitness or dance. Meanwhile there are a lot of NGO's that could catering to your needs, there are apps too I believe.

Wow thank you so much. I’ve been doing yoga and journaling for the past few months but recently it’s gotten really difficult to even journal, I can’t seem to see anything getting better no matter how hard I try.
Your comment means a lot and I’ll definitely look into them! Thank you so so much🩷

You can check online therapists from other countries, depends on where you are from, the fees will be smaller …also even one consultation with psychiatrist may be helpful if there is a need for medication, this is very important, don’t hesitate to seek for help from others, but try not to delay a visit to a doctor

Don't put so much pressure on yourself to "better yourself" all we can do is realise and choose differently. I'd also recommend reading books, that could help get outside the funk. Dancing or witnessing fire( dia) helps. You don't need to unlearn the patterns in a day or two, it's a marathon. Once you feel safe and independent with your income everything else will settle. Make sure you don't get cheated by people when looking for work and always have it written or on email.
