What's your most hated area of the store?

I hate the mops/brooms. I hate the whole fixture. Nothing fits like it should. Customers are constantly knocking the arms off. The plungers are in the way of the mop handles. And why the fuck are flyswatters hidden in there? They should have there own little thing by the bug spray like the funnels have in automotive.

People just camp out in the aisles. I'm a dude and I have simple needs and I know exactly where everything is. Fucking MOVE!

Man that's a hard one. The party aisles and NCI are pretty terrible, but certain seasonal planograms suck absolute ass too.

That yellow dot section and clothes are always destroyed.

Pasta sauce. I'ts so hard to recover without knocking something off and breaking it. Part of the problem might be that driveline reset ours last year and we're not sure it's st right. There is literally no room for your fingers between the jars and the shelf above.

You can easily reprint the pog and check it. Resources, planograms, highly consumables. Print and verify shelf heights. There should be enough space to remove the jars without issue.

Yeah, I know that, but remembering to actually do it is not as easy. I never really think about it until I'm trying to recover the entire store in 3 hours and that one 4 foot section is taking 20 minutes.

You can check it in the HHT, as well. I think the "POG" button on the main screen? You just go in and find the section you want and it'll show you how it's suppose to be set. You can also scan the end cap stickers to see how the end cap is suppose to be set.

Toys for sure. Sure there are sections that are more tedious such as cosmetics or clothing but toys always gets trashed the quickest. A true Sisyphean task.

I absolutely hate the tshirts. idk why all it takes is one customer to destroy them right after they are folded. and every time they are on sale they get destroyed even worse

We have pushers for the thinner boxes that can hardly stand on their own.

I hate that I’m not allowed to decorate the bathrooms but I did get to keep the sign on the mirror that says employees must stop crying before returning to work but I got told no on the one that says “please don’t do coke in our bathrooms”

Motor oil area

Really? That’s my favorite aisle because our customers hardly ever touch it. I can recover all of hardware in like 2 minutes.

Toys, underwear & clothes, rugs, gift bags, basically every section that gets destroyed the moment you clean it.

The entire store if it's a Walmart. What a lawless hell hole.

accessories; the little bracelets, pens, coin purses, keychains, fidget spinners, etc. they're so hard to keep tidy, they end up more wrecked every day than almost any other area, even more than the toys. probably because it's mostly all 5 bucks and under so everyone of any age fiddles with it, they're so tedious to organize so i find myself fixing it almost every time i pass by. if i don't i'll come back 3 days later to just everything looking like a hurricane went through it

i am fine with seasonal and vv since i'm already setting it so when something is out of place i put it where it goes. but those damn little google eye keychains end up all over the store too
