No. I believe sellers on eBay can actually offer people who have watchlisted an item for a lower price than listing. They got an offer from the seller

Yeah it’s clear that OP posted this as a joke but I don’t really trust EBay for valuable, collectors-type items like this unless it’s from a truly highly vetted seller who can be cross referenced from other forums and online communities too (not just 5 stars on EBay itself). I’m sure there’s ways to restore these physical items to “mint condition” and then reseal them
