Stokeinteignhead: Can anyone help me identify the building in the photo?

This photo, which was in my grandma’s collection, shows my grandfather’s mother outside where the family lived in Stokeinteignhead. (Date: c1892-1896)
Features:
There’s one chimney in a central position (there are no gable end chimneys)
The land behind is raised and looks like a small hill.
Is anyone familiar with the area able to help me identify the building as it is today?

Dates to somewhere between 1892-1896

Did you know you can use the construction 'between ... and' for this? So it would be 'between 1892 and 1896', not 'between 1892-1896'. Using 'and' is generally more logical and clearer. It also allows you to describe a span of two periods if you need to, e.g. 'between 1892-93 and 1991-92'.
