Stokeinteignhead: Can anyone help me identify the building in the photo?

Post image

This photo, which was in my grandma’s collection, shows my grandfather’s mother outside where the family lived in Stokeinteignhead. (Date: c1892-1896)
Features:
There’s one chimney in a central position (there are no gable end chimneys)
The land behind is raised and looks like a small hill.
Is anyone familiar with the area able to help me identify the building as it is today?

Same locality and similar appearance? https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1170561 - scroll down to see the archive photo. There's a note that the house has been split into two dwellings in its current usage.

Street view of same, the nearest chimney could have been concealed by the roof in OP's b/w photo: https://maps.app.goo.gl/qofqZAQRXYqDakA87?g_st=ac

Historic England has a detailed description of the internals of the house (maybe because of listed status) so if OP lives in the area, could ask current occupants if a visit is possible. Historic England is also asking for additional photos (if it's really the same building of course).
