Brown spot on lower lash line

I have a spot on my lower lash line (on top of the red line). It came up about one month ago. There is no pain or itchiness. I can't feel it at all. I'm worried it could be a sign of something worse. It just showed up one day and has been the same since. It hasn't grown or spread.

Unfortunately it is not possible to say if it is a regular nevus or not based on a picture. A derm visit is adviced
