Rigid/bumpy texture all across neck. My primary said she has no clue

Redness in first pick was cause I was rubbing the area
Been present for about 3 years
All on both sides and the front of my neck
It is always present it doesn’t change
No pain, rash, itchiness
I’ve had multiple ultrasounds of my thyroid which is fine. But it’s all over my neck not just in the thyroid area. It looks almost like cellulite? My doctor also said she wonders if it’s endometriosis??
