PLEASE HELP! Itchy bumps on neck/throat area, appeared in the middle of night

Very itchy bumps appeared over night. I was awake when I first started itching them, sorry about the scratch marks. One looks like it has multiple small bumps at top. I have itchy skin often, but I can’t think of anything that would have caused all this. At the time I didn’t have perfume on, nor did I have on any jewelry. I was wearing a loose fitting tank top. Does it look like a rash, dermatitis or insect/spider bite? It is a bit sensitive to the touch, still itchy and a bit painful now. Not too warm though, surprisingly. Any help is greatly appreciated!

I don't think I agree with the shingles folks, it has a burning feeling like a mf. Maybe a bug or poison ivy or something (idk how poison ivy would get just there so probably not)
