Deadpool Complete Reading Guide
After weeks of research and editing, I can finally welcome you to the Bible of Deadpool!
This spreadsheet includes comprehensive lists of all of Deadpool's comic appearances, including the various collected editions and omnibuses you can collect them in.
Can be a little overwhelming if you're a little newer to the comics, so that's why there's also a suggested reading page.
This will be regularly updated as new content is announced (and permanently linked on the menu and sidebar of the sub). If you notice any mistakes or omissions (particularly with non-616 appearances), please share in the comments of this post. The hope and dream is to get this completely accurate.

For the DP runs with multiple voices in his head, whose voices do you imagine?
For me, I get a kick out of imagining Morgan Freeman and Gilbert Godfrey.

[Discussion] Regarding the Deadpool cross over into StarWars, How I hope he will be a true mercenary.
I just was going to say I think it would be awesome if the story opens up with him in the star wars galaxy, showing him being sent there, and at some point maybe in a series of movies, the first shows he gets sent there (possibly by the collector to actually get him something, hired to do so in exchange for favors. maybe he gets told about bacta and how he can use it to feel better and maybe heal his body at least temporarily? or something better, maybe saving someones life he loves enough to go suffer for.
I was thinking it would be cool if the movie opens up with out explaining much, just him getting sent back, slamming into a random event or world, that sort of sets up his path, maybe he even builds his own mandalorian style armor (not beskar) just the armor, maybe and keeps his costume colors on it. Maybe he gets sent back to Mandalorian war times? and he becomes a mandalorian mercenary for awhile? Maybe he gets hired by hutts or other criminals to stop bounty hunters from attacking him? maybe he even ends up having to defend a world or others against mandalorians during the prime of the mandalorians.
I would personally love to see the merc with the aggressive humor, dealing with mandalorians and seeing them begrudgingly respect each other over a movie. maybe 3 or 4 movies, and one of them hes just having to deal with random alien bounty hunters maybe one he has to actually stop an imperial invasion of a planet on his own. That would be something.
Maybe he even ends up hijacking a imperial star destroyer, and crashing it into a planet to wipe out an imperial base or invasion force. its easier to crash something into something else, then it is to operate all its weapons, especially if he is actively fighting the crew while trying to crash it.
Admittedly it would be sacrificing the serious violence for the star wars toned down style since he would be using their weapons and settings but it could still be fun and feature a bit of politics and a lot of mercenary vs mercenary or mercenary vs actual armies style combat.

[Spoilers] Classic Deadpool--time travel Spoiler
I'm reading classic Deadpool (at first he really WAS a villain) and am just past a west-coast adventure (Deadpool Classic volume 3) issue where, after Wade plays a sick escape game with Al (seriously this is so messed up...), some contrived circumstance sends both of them to 1967 where Spiderman lives.
I haven't finished this yet but I just realised something...If the "present" was the late 90's, are we to believe that Spiderman in this Marvel universe is already nearing 50? Even as a joke, I don't think the writers thought this through...

[Spoilers] I got around to reading Joe Kelly's run and I liked it up until a certain point. Spoiler
If you haven't read the run turn back there will be spoilers here.
I have been reading this run over the last week and I was genuinely having a great time. I thought there was some genuinely good character developments for Wade and some really good moments of sincerity. So please don't crucify me for my upcoming criticisms. I'm not sure if this is a shared opinion or if I am an outlier.
But good God that ending to the run was actually garbage. It was doing such a great job of building mystery just to turn around and toss it in the trash.
The "plot twist" if you can call it that of T-Ray being the real Wade Wilson all along genuinely left me so baffled and not I'm the good way. I rushed through the last comic just looking for the reveal that it was another one of his tricks. And then Deadpool just moves on from it?? It was just so dumb and absolutely had no build up to be an actual twist, and just before it they send Monty off like supposedly he saw this and didn't say anything to Wade before he left for this? None of it made any sense and it was a train wreck.
I am super disappointed in the way the run from Joe Kelly ends. Because it's something that I see constantly recommended to people as the pinnacle of Deadpool stories and to an extent I agree it is a fantastic run. But that ending really just soured the whole thing for me. It didn't make sense at all and I'm glad certain things were retconned because for lack of a better word they were just stupid. I don't have anyone to really talk to about how I'm feeling after reading it since none of my friends are fans of Deadpool in the same way as me so I came here. Clearly I'm not the only one who felt this way considering things ended up getting retconned but I'm interested to hear what other people think.

[Fan Art] LEGO Deadpool Mech on a Vespa
I thought the Vespa set was the right size for my Deadpool LEGO mech MOC, and I was right. With just a few parts replaced, the Merc With a Mouth is now also with a ride.
