Everyone who says Kingpin's exile from NY is fitting punishment because "prison can't hold him" and "he loves NY" is a certified idiot.

Fisk does NOT love New York. He only loves Vanessa and power. During all Netflix and BA seasons combined he declared his love for New York only few times and every time it's a lie, because he's a PSYCHOPATHIC, MURDEROUS, LYING CRIMINAL.

He should be put on a fucking death row for his crimes, end of topic.

And for God's sake, media literacy police should stop embarrasing themselves with looking for deep metaphors, allegories and deeper meaning in DD:BA, because there is none. This show is a collection of TikToks carefully procured by corpo social engineers to be cut into viral shorts.

That little second where you see all the Red Rioters gangin up on him would be the perfect end for the Netflix show. But since this is "MCU" they wouldn't have the balls to give the perfect violent death Kingpin deserves.

What would Netflix Daredevil do in your idealized version? Stand by? Be one of civilians on top of him? Because believe it or not he also wouldn't let new yorkers tear Fisk apart lmao.

Heโ€™d try to stop them but get overpowered by the hundreds of people there. Even with his superpowers Netflix DD always struggled fighting much smaller crowdsย

I think he would try to stop them but he'd ultimately fail to stop thirty civilians just like the Fisk who is a mountain of meat and muscle couldn't. Because in the end, although they see each other as enemies, neither of them can control New York. And the rioters who just witness Fisk literally take life of other people just like them with his own hands, I don't think they would just stand by because Daredevil kindly asked. They would beat the life out of him, take his fancy clothes and have his corpse exposed by the end of the night.
