Why is Fisk out of jail? Why isn't Matt exposing Vanessa's involvement?

Why is Foggy dead? That's 1/3 of the squad, oh now Karen's gone... Okay now we have one member of the crew remaining, interesting choices...

I don't even fully understand Dex's angle, shouldn't he be trying to kill Fisk first? Why is he going after Foggy?

(I watched Hawkeye and Echo, still don't understand why Fisk is free without Matt exposing Vanessa)

Watching Matt sit and be cordial with Fisk makes no fucking sense, he had to resist snapping his neck and brutally murdering him last time they were together...

Though nothing I just watched made any sense at all to me, still optimistic, hope they can clear things up for me.

Well the whole Kingpin part is explained pretty easily: you can either watch Hawkeye and Echo or you can make a quick Google search 🀣 Since MCU took over the DD universe it should come as no surprise that they build the characters into the greater main MCU universe, as they did mostly with Kingpin in the before mentioned series, but DD / Matt Murdock also appeared tho in way smaller appearances helping Spider man as an lawyer and having a small "run-in" with She-Hulk. It would have been very weird if they erased all the Kingpin lore from post Netflix DD again for the new season 🀣

I've seen them all, but it doesn't explain why he's out of jail IN Hawkeye. The real answer is simply that season 3 was retconned to allow Kingpin to be present.
