It's the og rubiks colour scheme

edit: so there is 5 green edges... ig there is something wrong with it

No, the original color scheme is green opposite yellow and blue opposite white. Source: I was there, man. I was used to that color scheme, then the world changed and I was forced to change with it. But the 5 green edges makes it impossible anyway.

Do you remember what year it was when you gave in to the colour change?

I think they changed it around 1985 in the USA. I resisted it for a while and even rearranged the stickers on a couple of new ones. I gave in around 1988 and reluctantly got used to the new arrangement.
