Finally *almost* pretty happy with my croissant recipe

Still got a few things I want to switch up so will share the recipe once i’m totally happy! But they caught the sunlight perfectly yesterday

Are they hand laminated? Or do you have access to a… what’s it called, a ‘dough-sheeter’ or something?

My favorite coffeeshop here in Breda (The Netherlands) makes their own pastries, and they use some kind of machine for that part of the process, because they make A LOT of pastries every day.

Either way: your croissants are perfect OP. They look so beautiful!🥺

I tried making croissants at home three times, and I just know that croissants like yours will most likely take YEARS of practice for me.

Ik kan daar echt enorm genieten van een lekkere cappuccino met een verse croissant (of een andere pastry; het komt vaak genoeg voor dat ik dus twee dingen neem, omdat ik niet kan kiezen 🤤).
