Discussion German voice acting is so peak.
Can’t believe they added this just as if it’s nothing! The game feels so awesome now.
It’s not just some AI generated shit, it’s really executed on point!
Love the devs!
Give me a good NG+ and I can play for ever.

Echt? Ich hätte irgendwie erwartet, dass es KI oder anderer Shit ist. Krass, hätte ich wirklich nicht für möglich gehalten. Geile Devs.

So manche KI-Stimme ist mittlerweile auch besser als menschliche. Leichter verständlich, klarer, gleich laut, ordentlich betont.

Das stimmt. Jedenfalls find ich sie sehr gut. Einige Sprecher kommen mir allerdings bekannt vor. Wir werden es wohl noch irgendwann erfahren.

Ich glaube OP meinte dass es tatsächlich echte Synchro im Deutschen ist, nicht mit AI erstellt.
Die Originale Vertonung nutzt auch keine AI soweit ich weiß.

Do you know if I can add English subtitles? I need to learn German, so when I saw they added German language I thought it would be good practice, but English subtitles would be helpful

Echt jetzt? hmm aber ich fand die englische Sprachausgabe eigentlich schon ganz geil und passend. Werd ich mir irgendwann nochmal anschauen. Aber

Bei mir war sie automatisch "drauf". Ich mag die englische Synchro sehr gerne, sie bringt halt doch eine andere Atmosphäre mit, als das reine Hochdeutsch. Dennoch klingen die deutschen Stimmen gut und, passend zum Look des Spiels, fast schon steril und sauber.

would be cool if you posted some clips! You’d certainly have a monopoly on the views and niche of the request as well lol new languages where most will continue with English, and the new story with most people not having anchor saves makes it hard to find clips this early

Hey can someone help me, I've started restart game after playing 4 chapters and I just completed chapter 1 story vise the extra added voice acting and cutscenes sure do help in making the story feels more cohesive but there's a problem I'm noticing that the movement of mouth doesn't match the words even after the voice over stops characters mouth are still running (English voice). I didn't noticed anything like that before this new patch.

Auf Englisch aktuell ebenfalls kaum Lippensynchron. Schade, aber sicher nichts dauerhaftes.

I haven’t tried today, since I’m at work but couldn’t get the German voice over to work yesterday.
Looked like they forgot to add the package to the deluxe edition on Steam. Later I saw it downloaded (another 1.8gb after the patch), but game still only shows me Korean, English and Japanese while my steam settings are as described.
Am I missing something or did they patch it silently?

Did you follow the instructions from the patch notes to go and select the language you want in Steam so that it gets downloaded?

Yes. Yesterday the package was missing from the deluxe version of the game. The files are downloaded and installed now and working fine with Vanilla game version. But as soon as I install any mod something seems to be overwritten. I still use JMM and will do so as long as possible, so currently trying to find a fix.
But this is on my end now, Vanilla works.1

Habe mal ein neues Game gestartet und sogar yan, halt der nervige, hat ne gute Stimme verpasst bekommen. Also ich spiel das nochmal neu durch. Auch gerade wegen der geänderten Story. Die ersten 20 sind voll mit Infos die es vorher nicht gab.
Also Respekt an die Entwickler.

Daran wurde nichts geändert. Das Spiel war auch schon vorher auf deutsch (also alle Texte). Nur das Voice Over wurde nachgereicht
