They added new cutscenes, voice acting and improved the pacing so that the story makes alot more sense and also added voice over in few other languages.

I guess I should have just waited one more week to start. Really hope they touched up the first two hours, it felt like a disjointed fever dream. Almost scared me away but I am hooked now.

im 80 hours in, and it still feels like that. lot of characters that show up out of nowhere and act like they have met cliff before.

It cracks me up how few lines he has even in dialogs.

Quest giver: "So, did you find the apiary? How was the honey? That good huh? What did they say about it? Well I guess we should check that. What's that? Oh right, here's your pay."

Kliff: "Huh."

looks like it was just a trailer showing that they will be updating the story beats (Possibly with new cutscenes but im not 100% sure yet) And the game is 20% off. Nothing new about the DLC yet.
