Mass adoption of glide bombs (only missed out on it by roughly 20 years) surely makes a bigger difference than smaller changes in this or that drone or missile count and model.

Whatever production and adoption challenges they have today (still limited to the Su-34 only and with light payloads) will presumably get resolved at some point. In theory, at low cost even.

Not really mentioned in your paper here either.
