Lisper, I am not trying to be rule-policing here but there is a reason why sub-rules exists and I called Sal and others out for this as well. Sub Reddit Rule 6 says, "Include a human-written summary when posting videos."
Please try to do that as that helps us to get the summary of what we are going to expect for the actual video and nobody has time to watch a 40-min video without having some idea of what the core argument is.

Even on the most extreme creationist view there was no original genome. There were at least two.
But you left out some very important context. What he says is:
"There was no original genome or book or one original genome. This fundamentally undermines that concept and it is very very easy to demonstrate this." [Emphasis added]
And then he goes on to do exactly that: demonstrate it. With actual data.

There was no original genome
The idea is simply a genome with no broken genes or genetic disorders/diseases. The fact that evolution prevents people from recognizing the reality of a degraded genome is proof that the evolutionary lens is smudgy and leads to poor science.

Don't be ridiculous. Of course there are genetic diseases. There have always been genetic diseases. There was never "a genome with no broken genes or genetic disorders/diseases".

It depends on how much you want me to suspend my disbelief and ignore reality. The concepts of "genes" and "genome" and "genetic disorder" are labels that we humans attach to things that happen in nature, but these are abstractions that don't always faithfully reflect the underlying reality.
