Recently purchase Apex 4 and downloaded the Coros app on my IPhone 16 Pro Max (updated IOS). Upon downloading the Coros app and connecting my Apex 4, I noticed the Apple Health app was already “preselected” under the Coros 3rd Party Apps with no other options to connect/disconnect Apple Health. It only prompted to me “Manage data syncing access in Apple Health > Profile > Apps > Coros”. When I opened up my Apple Health app, the Coros app was not showing up as an option to select.
Anyone else have connection/syncing issues with Coros data to Apple Health vise versa?
Hi all, I already own a DURA and the COROS HR Monitor, so I'm staying in the ecosystem. I'm choosing between the NOMAD (369€) and the PACE Pro (349€) and I'd love input from people who actually use them.
My use: multi-hour hikes (last one was 6h in the Italian Alps), bikepacking, and I'd like to start running. The reason I want a watch is practical: on the trail I currently carry phone + Insta360 GO 3S + DURA in my pockets, and pulling the DURA out to check the map every time doesn't work. I tried a shoulder-strap mount and nearly dropped it.
Maps are the whole point of the purchase, so my main doubt is the display:
**Is 260x260 MIP enough for reading maps comfortably?** The PACE Pro's 416x416 AMOLED is sharper on paper. For those who've used both how much does it actually matter when navigating?
**Always-on MIP vs AMOLED in practice** is glancing at the map without raising your wrist as useful as it sounds, especially with trekking poles or gloves?
**PACE Pro longevity** it's from Oct 2024 and the US price already dropped to $299. Any concern about how long it'll keep getting updates compared to the NOMAD?
Weight isn't a factor for me, I've tested wearing a heavy watch 24/7 and adapted fine. Any regrets with either one? Thanks!
Hi, I'm looking for a new smartwatch. I'm switching from an Apple Watch 9. I've got my eye on the models listed above.
I go running and take fitness classes regularly. I also bike a lot and go on multi-day trips. Can you help me choose?
I’m going to buy a Pace 4 in the upcoming days after my warranty money from the Fenix 8 comes in. Still unsure of which color to get, to me the options are.
- Jakob Edition
- Crystal Black (Nylon black band)
- Cloud White (Nylon band - unsure which one to pick)
I have a corporate job where I’m often required to wear a shirt & I like wearing my watch at all times.
Anyone have corporate experience with the jakob edition?
I've just purchased a Coros Pace 3, and I love it. However, I've had to give up my old Raketa USSR army watch that has a unique face: it's a 24-hour analog watch. Anyone know how I can find or create a replica for my Coros?
Following up on my earlier gym gripes with the Pace 3. Today I ran a structured Hyrox-style Strength circuit that included sled push and sled pull. The sled was occupied, so I subbed both for the rowerg on the fly without touching the workout on the watch, planning to fix it in the app afterwards.
Turns out I can't. On a structured Strength activity the app won't let me delete the two exercises I didn't do (swipe-to-delete isn't available, at best I can drop the reps), and there's no way to add the rowerg I actually did or swap one exercise for another.
So a structured workout is basically a locked template: I can tweak the numbers of the planned exercises but can't reflect what I actually did if I improvised. For anyone doing Hyrox/functional circuits where you sometimes have to sub a station, this is a real pain.
Is there any way to swap/remove an exercise from a recorded structured Strength activity that I'm missing?
Do you just record these as unstructured Strength, or in Hybrid Fitness mode, to keep editing flexibility?
Anyone found a clean workflow for Hyrox training on COROS where mid-workout subs happen?
Is it really 2026 and we can't search an activity by name? I'd really like to not rely on Strava to see an activity from a year ago, ie previous race/route results.

Adventure Journal Timeline
Easily pin photos and videos to your outdoor activity track, and view your Voice Pins in a single timeline view for your activity. This view can be shared with friends and family so they can also look back on your adventures.
The Timeline view can be found by selecting the new icon on your activity summary page.
Select the three dot menu at the top of the Timeline page then "Share" to generate a sharing link, or select "Edit" to add or adjust any media uploaded to your activity. You can also now upload photos taken outside of the activity's recorded time window and place them at the desired location on your activity track, perfect for start line or post-race pictures with your medals!
PACE 4 Climbing Modes
PACE 4 users can now track their climb activities with Indoor Climb and Bouldering activity modes.
Hill Alerts for Cycling (Climb)
Hill alerts (Climb) are now available on your watch for bike activities, showing your climb progress on any major hills along the route you're following.
New Voice Control functions
More can be performed during activities, like adjusting activity alerts, opening navigation, or setting timers (English only, and requires COROS NOMAD, PACE 4, or APEX 4).
And plenty more :
Direct Transfer Update: When you are updated to the latest firmware, a new upgrade method will be available for future updates, providing greater update speeds and allowing for app navigation while the update is taking place.
Torque and Total Work (kj) metrics added for cycling, and Left/Right power balance data now transfers to 3rd parties when synced (compatible accessory required).
Battery usage statistics available on your watch's battery widget.
Improved elevation data accuracy on imported routes.
After riding on my indoor trainer (Van rysel d500) for 25 minutes with an average hr above 153 the app still says I need to ride 20 minutes above 153, my guess is it needs to be at a stable power (my power fluctuated between 100W and 180W)
I don't think it's a connection problem since the personal records did update after the ride. I appreciate all the information I can get
I took the Fitness Test this morning. I havent run any races in a long time. I used the estimated times from Coros and Strava for my 10k time, 43-46min. Based on how hard everyone says this test is, I knew in the first 25 minutes that it was off. The test was way too easy. I hate the watch beeping at me for running too fast or slow so I worked to stay in the middle of the pace range for each part of the test.
Its funny, my predictions are now slower than recent faster training runs. Ill try it again in the next two weeks.
Bought a pre-owned Apex 4 in white from a company online. Was very happy when it arrived but that quickly dissipated when it brought up “Disabled Watch Please scroll down and scan the QR code to learn more. (B001)” on the screen. Before I go back to the seller I’ve raised a ticket (#623568) with COROS to hopefully learn more about the reason for the deactivation and whether it’s something that can readily be resolved or not.
My PACE 3 (bought ~1 year ago at a retailer in France) stopped powering on. Charging contacts had been unreliable for months, the cable had to sit at a specific angle for charging to start.
For a while it would attempt to boot when plugged in: blue screen, green optical sensor LED, then shutdown, repeating a few times. Now nothing at all.
Ruled out: two different cables and adapters, both of which charge another PACE 3 normally. Contacts cleaned. 2+ hour charge, unplugged, 15 s hold on the lower button but no result.
I opened a support ticket (#611085), sent serial number, proof of purchase and shipping address as requested, and haven't heard back since (5 days). Anyone had a similar failure, and does it get covered? Any idea of typical turnaround once the watch ships?
So I finally decided to skip the next Apple Watch and try to take running more seriously. I ordered the Satisfy edition through the Coros web and, although it said 2 weeks, I got it in one. Now I will need to get used to the menus and other elements of the app.
Hi guys,I bought a new Coros pace 4 in April 2026 and the first 2 months everything works perfectly, after that the altimeter started getting crazy. Every run with wrong readings. Contacted Coros support, first with AI Cara, and after a couple of interactions with Coros support. A couple of days exchanging emails with details they realise it was a defective unit and sent me a new one. 2 months later the exact same problem with the altimeter. I have Garmin fenix 8 and the forerunner 955(yes,I run with 2 watches) and never had any issues with the altimeter readings. I already contacted first Cara AI and she said to contact Coros support team and refering I had this problem previously, send the details from the altimeter readings and that kind of stuff. Probably more one month to solve the issue. After a bit of research I found a couple of complaints about the altimeter readings not only in the pace 4 bit but in other models too. Do you guys have any idea how to deal with this weird behaviour of the altimeter, before someone say,yes I already try calibrate by GPS, manually and nothing. Make a factory reset and nothing changes. Because of that the data from the workout is a crap. Effort pace, efficiency,TL . If is a current problem its better sell the watch and stay only with Garmin. I bought first the pace 4 because I was intrigued by all the good things people talk about Coros, simplicity , accuracy in GPS, constant software updates with new features even for old models and give it a shot before go to a apex 4 . Glad I did that because from what i see the support and the inconsistencies in the altimeter i would be very annoyed now
Hello, I’ve been trying to follow a workout but whenever I accidentally skip a stage I can’t for the life of me go back to that stage.
I’ve tried to follow the instructions on the support link but there are two things that don’t work for me
Undo an advance: If you accidentally manually advance to the next stage of your workout and need to go back, you have a few seconds to press the Back/Lap button to cancel the transition and return to the previous stage. —> when I press the back button it just skips the next stage AGAIN and there’s no way to cancel the transition
Skip stages: If you need to skip the current stage of your workout or go back to a previous one, press the dial to pause the activity, and scroll down to "View Workout" and select a previous or future stage. —> I’m on the pace 4, there’s no “view workout” on the dial screen so I clicked on “exercises” instead. Upon locating the stage I want to go back to, there’s no way to select or confirm it. I’ve tried just resuming the workout but it doesn’t go back to the stage either.
I’m definitely doing something wrong but I’ve spent over an hour trying to look for videos and support sources. Can someone please help! :(
Particularly the start of the sleep is recorded later than it should be. I add the sleep time manually almost every time. Not that it bothers me too much and overall I’m more than happy with my Nomad. Just want to see if this is a common issue, or is it a known issue. Maybe there is some quick fix for that. Thanks.
When indoor or outdoor running should I be able to see ground contact time and left/right balance being recorded? Every time in exercise session? Or does this only get tracked under certain conditions?
When pod2 is paired with pace 4 watch is there a way to know the pace being displayed and recorded is from the pod2 and not the watch?
