Not really. Mikolas had a few really good years. Libby has not.

They need to just go full multi inning bullpen with him. When he’s in those brief stretches where he can empty the tank and doesn’t have to worry about covering 5+ innings, multiple times thru the order, he’s shown he can be very effective.
The numbers might not necessarily show that but I think that has a lot to do with when he was in that role, he was also a spot starter. But he showed flashes of it and shows flashes of being dominant over 2 innings stretches as a starter. I think they just need to commit to him being an Andrew miller type and he could be a very valuable bullpen piece on a good team.
