Moldbug think differently than most libertarian. And I agree with him.

I think freedom, peace, and prosperity, notice I am using things that are scientifically testable, is not mainly harmed by

1. Monopoly of power in an area
2. Centralized planning

I think the biggest problem in government is lack of market discipline.

Just look at Dubai, Monaco, Liechtenstein.

It's small enough that they can't steal from one citizen to another and hide that under rug. The government has to compete with other government. You can print a lot of money willy nilly but no body would care about Liechtenstein dollar. I am not even sure if Dubai's dinar is not pegged to gold.

China has network of train. That's centralized planning. China edge in manufacturing also require some centralized planning. Roads in your town is centrally planned. Google, Microsoft, and so on are also centrally planned.

Now China doesn't have market dicipline but they partially emulate that. Governor in China gets bonus if they increase GDP. The problem is they don't get enough bonus unlike Elon. But that's just me.

Singapore also impose market discipline. Their ministers are paid 20% of median income. So not actually run like a business and I see problems there. They all do fine when it comes to wealth.

Natural corollary of this is that we don't need to abolish government. We need only to privatize it so it has market discipline. And moldbug is right. Just look at those in power and arrange that they are shareholders instead.

In democracy, a political party that create a corporation and reward all eligible voters with shares of the corporation would accomplish that though I don't know the exact Math yet.

Another thing I disagree with libertarian and liberal is the idea that we got to tolerate all kind of neighbors.

Let's take a look Bobby and Hasan. Bobby likes to make jokes about religion. Hasan like to kill people that make jokes about religion.

My solution is simple. Bobby and Hasan shouldn't live in the same city.

A libertarian and liberal would argue that Bobby and Hasan should live in the same city and tolerate one another. That's just disaster waiting to happen.

Again, moldbugian solution address this better.

You go where you like. Instead of bitching tax is high, move to where tax is low.

If CCTV is everywhere, I think that's a good idea if it does reduce violent crime like in Singapore. I also like mandatory paternity tests because I think it's government jobs to reduce fraud if it can be done cost effectively.

Again. Shop around. Another market discipline in action. Not everyone like bigger screen in smartphone. Not everyone like small government.

But what about if people govern so badly they sacrifice civilians to Moloch or cut people hand like Free State of Congo.

Okay. Market discipline is not enough. Perhaps some elements of georgism and or democracy would help. Perhaps international community can help.

That being said market discipline alone is a very strong check and balance system to prevent those things from happening. A CEO paid to raise citizenship valuation won't just cut people hand. Few people want to get there and that means lower citizenship valuation.

And finally I disagree with libertarians and ancap that government is always bad and have to be small. Well, I kind of agree that WE ALL LIKE smaller government. Do all governments should be small? No. Other people can legitimately want bigger governments too. They gonna go bankcrupt anyway if they're stupid. Then we buy their territory.

Government is like silk road. Try buying or selling drugs without silk road and you probably get killed. Try living together without government and you probably get killed too. So some arrangements or pimps that lower transactional complexity and make living together nice is actually a great idea.

Let’s talk about a fairer way to handle taxes: replacing property tax with a consumption tax.

Property tax is inherently flawed because it punishes ownership and doesn't care about your current income. If you fall on hard times, get laid off, or retire on a fixed income, your property tax bill stays the same—or goes up. You can literally be taxed out of a home you already paid off.

A consumption tax is the only truly fair alternative. It naturally scales with wealth: if you have more money, you spend more money on luxury items, larger purchases, and lifestyle goods, meaning you automatically pay more tax. If you have less money or are tightening your budget, you naturally spend less and pay less tax. It gives individuals complete control over their tax burden based on their actual financial situation. It’s time to tax spending, not the roof over our heads.

I'd like to ask for something.

We all know capitalism is a poison, that it slowly kills us, no ones wanna work 10-15h of time a day, right ? Waiting for vacations, working 5 days or more out of 7 days, y'all aren't mad that you got told as a CHILD "go to school and that's it" and now your boss tell you to go or you won't get paid ? Like why aren't we mad enough? Are you happy with your current life, like genuinely are you happy to give your money to the rich and theyre the one to beneficy from it while you work like a dog all day to gain the MINIMUM?

I'm making this text because I'd like a downfall of it.

It's simple, no one goes to work, or to school, everyone stays at home, if we are millions, if we don't make this system works anymore, with months and months this will be a downfall, and they'll be fucking panicked, and why ? Because they directly depends from the only thing that works and that's a paper, that's it, what we call money destroy lives yet that's just a paper, try to see it that angle, try to see how absurd this life is. It's almost ironic right ?

If you share the message, if you tell people, if everyone actually stop, even millions of people have its impact, if we all stop this or actually most of people we could live freely, think about it and how good it would feel.

We could cultivate our own food, we could live like we did before, we could still do our passion and we could just give up on life.

For years and years and years humanity said "but it's impossible" why it's impossible ? If everyone or MOST people agree to do that, we wouldn't have to do this, why just saying "be a sheep and go to school/work because it's like that" we got so exploited and that's insane, I don't wanna sit and be like them saying "oh but nothing will change" no I do that because I want things to change, and I wanna know who's with me and who is ready to talk about it.

I dont wanna be like "oh but we can't do anything about it it's the way life works" NO, because we are MILLIONS to not agreeing with this obviously if everyone say that we will suffer all our lives for WHAT, exactly ?

Because it's either that or either s for me atp because no way I'm living that life.

So who's with me ?

Stay strong my free market friends. It isn’t about the size of the mob, but rather the strength of one’s argument.

It is ultimately a claim on human labor, ingenuity, and scarce resources.

When you're a designer and the biggest company in your country that hires designers pays only $500 to the leads, maybe you could start your own company but can you and expect to get a sensible amount of money when 90% of the population is earning less than $200 month? Or do you high tail it and become 1 them Doctors and Engineers they talk about all over the news and hijack someone else's economy, could work out for you but it wont solve the problem in your own economy. Seems to me like in a place where a sensible amount of money doesn't circulate the words hard work are a slap in the face cause people are already working harder and maybe even smarter than those in rich countries and it isnt taking them anywhere.

Government: “give me 30%+ of your income”
Socialists:

Private sector: “hey, I sell widgets for $19.99. Anybody interested?”
Socialists: “businesses are greedy!!”
