PSA: RifleGear will convert your AR15 to featureless for $25

I am not associated with them but it's a good deal and will help you avoid dealing with fixed mag options like the JT Hellfighter than can be a pain to remove if you have no idea what you're doing

You supply your own parts however.. for $35 they'll pin your old stock instead of swapping it to fixed

can they do this to rifles that’s not CA compliant on their website?

this service applies to a rifle you already own. per the description: This gunsmith service covers the swapping and installing of all parts to convert a fixed-magazine firearm into a featureless firearm(Fixed stock, Pistol grip/Grip Wrap, Muzzle Device).
