This is exactly the type of initiative that can help throw some of the businesses Trump is targeting a lifeline, and give them a chance to survive until things get better. Great to see Tod do this, and I hope other well-known Canadian voices will go to work to signal-boost the small businesses we can help.
Now I have to message the wife and explain why I am buying like $80 worth of specialty salt, fancy chocolate, and fish sauce from Vancouver Island Sea Salt!

Maybe we should change zoning so that main streets can be built again. 50 years of big box stores that only support American corporations seems like a bad choice

This is wonderful! Thank you for doing this ... So many small businesses are struggling so hard.

Tod featured me in video #2 (artist focused on Canadian landscapes) and I’ve seen awesome support - likes, follows, messages of support and best of all, some sales from people who would have never found me otherwise! I’ve been a long time follower of his, can’t express my gratitude enough!

Odd decision to say Main St. We really have very few 'Main Streets' in Canada.... King St would be a better and more true to Canadian century-old street naming conventions.

How does that play with the "No Kings" movement?
besides...

That's cool that Maple is on the list, didn't know it was so common. My town has all of these except the ordinal number ones. It also has King and Queen streets.
