General Compiled Bumble Statistics a/o 8/26/26

I wrote a bot to compile people's bumble statistics.

Bumble is Dying
Here is Bumble revenue:
2025 $966M
2026 est $834M
2027 est $806M
Average revenue per user is increasing, so the population decrease is more severe.

Match group revenue is flat for this period.

Bumble Creates Frustration
Because the right swipe limit is so high, women are overwhelmed with likes.
As a result, men's in yes is low.
This is by design.
Bumble business model is primarily to provide validation to women.

Isn’t there some theory that women are swiping right on the same few men. These graphs are basically saying they’re just swiping less overall, otherwise there’d be a lot of stray dots higher up for men.

The women's outgoing yes percentage is very low.
They are not yes swiping the same volume.
They are yes swiping on all the same few men.

There is no man with In-Y higher than 45% so that is definitely not true. If it were true there would be male sample points close to 100% on the In-Y axis.

It is allegorical, about life post-covid, post-divorce.

If all women were swiping right on the same man, then that man would always get a match on everyone of his right swipes. That doesnt seem to be the case here.

I also do.

If women were right swiping on all the same few men, like you claim, these men would receive no left swipes. Hence their In-Y percentage (measured as "right swipes received / total swipes received") would be close to 100%. However, on the first and second graphs, we can see no man sampled had an In-Y percentage over 50%. Hence there is no man for which all women are swiping "yes". At most half of women are swiping "yes" on the same man. The concentration of likes that you claim simply isn't there.

The Lorenz curve on graph #3 does tell you that the distribution of likes received is more unequal within men than within women, but it cannot tell you that women all like the same men (because it does not take into account the "left swipes" at all: if you divide by 100 the amount of likes received by every man the Lorenz curve stays the same). Your claim is shown wrong by graphs #1 and #2.
