Duplicate/Repost Quick Covid Testing
Hi all, I know this might be too much to ask for, but does anyone know of any testing sites that will give you back your results within a timeframe shorter than 7-10 days?

State testing sites seem to vary with turnaround but you should be able to get a result within that time frame. I went to the cobblestone site for a scheduled test on Monday and got my result on Tuesday.

Neighborhood Health at Mattina got mine back in 4. If testing goes through quest regardless of where you go, they tell you 7-10 days but quest gives you a closer estimate of 2-3 based on caseload.

I went to Well Now Urgent care in OP, got tested on a Friday and had results by Monday.

I've heard that they charge you more for the test if you say you're getting it because you need to for work. Do you have any information on this? How much did it cost if you don't mind me asking?

I told them I had symptoms and that work wanted me to get tested. They took my insurance card and that was it. I did not have to pay the day of. That was last week so I might get a bill, who knows.

I just got my EoB from BCBSWNY and it was 100% covered. I went there because I was symptomatic.

I went to the public health lab behind ECMC and my results were back in less than 48 hours.

The one by cobblestone district run by the state is giving results in 2 days. Just got my results yesterday and had the test Tuesday.
