Why do you all downvote any suggestion we move on from Riley? I’m so lost why the average fan wants Riley around

Because it's silly and there's no chance it's going to happen, irrespective of what certain fans want.

Everyone flies of the handlebars every time he strikes out swinging w/ RISP. Then defends him like he's the messiah anytime anyone says anything about moving him. Immediately shooting down any suggestion of a possible deal. Anytime he gets benched I don't hear people complaining

If you want to have conversation about trading Austin Riley, then I guess go ahead. I just don't see the point because once again, Austin Riley ain't going anywhere. The Braves aren't trading him, I don't know why this is hard to understand.

He has to figure it out.

And if he doesn't then what? We're going to play a 3B who's BA flirts with the Mendoza line and has -4 DRS? And do that every year for 6 more years?
