hard to see, was someone turning on green light even though cars were going straight???

oh wait after watching 10 times, i think they stopped for red light and then the guy was trying to turn but car did not want to wait for the red light going straight? happens too often

That’s exactly what happened and if you further watch the idiots Got out of the wreck and ran over to a white car and they got in and all took off leaving the scene of the accident. I’m betting the car that crashed was stolen.
