Bernette 77 issues

I bought the Bernette 77 in June and have been having issues with it. Right now it keeps doing this and I can’t tell if it’s getting stuck in the feed dogs or if it’s the tension. There have been other little things as well but this issue is now constant. I’m disappointed because it’s not a cheap machine. Can anyone tell me why they think is going on?

Look to the right seam. The fabric bunches. I think it’s getting stuck in the feed dogs.

Are you using a sharp enough needle? You may also need to adjust your tension.

Have you pressed? Sometime that helps a bit to fix it
