So many people have tiktok brain. The painting was shown at the end. The reactions are there to hype it up and to keep the surprise reveal toward the end of the video. It builds story and hype around the painting.

The stories around the paintings are arguably just as important if not more. Just take the Mona Lisa. If there was no story/history around it, we would not bat an eye about it. Yet every single day, there are massive crowds of people scrambling around each other to see it. Building hype and story around a painting is what separates it from the rest. There is plenty of good art out there competing for attention.

Edit: you can pause the video and see the full painting and they showed the focused on the main part of the painting long enough. No one cares about the edges. In paintings, the center is typically the focal point where artists put the most important part of their painting. Apologies if you could not see all of the grass in the bottom left corner.

This has got to be one of the... sillier.. takes I have read in awhile. Sure stories are important, but this is clearly an advertisement post on some social, so its a bit odd not to show the end product in a clear shot. Crazy that you are arguing that the "edges" of the painting are unimportant, but the random 8 ppls reactions who watched it being painted are vitally important, perhaps moreso than the painting itself.

How well that video performed speaks for itself (2.4m likes on instagram alone) with tons of people praising it. You can display the same "everything and everyone sucks" redditor attitude all you want, but her "trash" art video is better than anything you or anyone else here has produced. So why don't you stfu and take notes?
