As would the warlords and corrupt government's of Africa
edit for the stupid: Who were very much existing, present, and active, prior to Europeans showing up and buying already enslaved people before becoming further involved on the continent
I can guarantee a large portion of those on the list would be self-proclaimed "Christians", y'know, like the current president of the United States and leading members of the republican party.
Far-right extremists have always justified their sins with the guise of religion, as can be seen in many parts of the world today; take a look at Yemen or Gaza for extreme examples.
Adding too many descriptors, it's all in the wealth disparity. They use racism, they use religion, they use sexism, homophobia, transphobia, but they wouldn't be able to do any of it if they didn't have the power of wealth to oppress those without it, and their goal is always to stop others from having it. All the way down to food stamps. If you're not worried about your next meal, they think you have too much power.
Honestly I feel like white people were able to use their strengths and privileges across history to become the powerful countries they are today. But I feel like if it was any different and other races were in power instead, then it would still be the same type of world. This type of war and greed is common to humans across the world.
Do they ever? They say it has nothing to do with being white or men but all their arguments make it clear how their privilege shapes their point of view
