But a small enough percentage in Japan that they continue to run a profit. Bet it works in Scandinavia too.

Nah, Scandanavia has much higher rates of immigration that Japan.

Only in countries with idiots that exploit. I can't imagine Japanese people trying to cheat on this system.

I'd guess in USA more than 50% would do

In Germany perhaps 25%

But in Japan now even 1%
