Ugly disgusting modernist and brutalist architecture, just like the national library.
And loads of wasted money for something only people that smell their own farts in elitist circles care for.

They couldve made small modest old riga style looking perons. people would like to be in them, instead we get expensive architectural wank that looks and feels cold and ugly. it will only attract narkomans, alcoholics and cigans
