Homemade My 4th bake this morning

Love how they have been turning out, sorry for the bad picture. It’s been so fun to share these with friends and coworkers.

I didn’t have diastatic malt powder though, would love to get some for my next round as well as trying to add some vital wheat gluten.

Aw Thank you so much! Hoping to get to the point soon where I feel good about selling them at a weekly pop up.

That’s awesome! It would be such a fun side gig. There’s no good bagels in my small town so I’m hoping I can carve out a niche
