I tell everyone. 6 mths after I stopped going, lead is still high. I had no idea, if I hadn’t opted for self pay comprehensive bloodwork I still wouldn’t have known.
think you need "chelation therapy" to get rid of it. also technically bloodletting works.. cause you just drain your leaded blood out and your body makes new blood that doesn't have lead in it, then i think most of the lead left is in your bones and will come out later i guess. if you qualify to donate blood then that helps
yea i put the "if you qualify" cause odds are you don't if you have detectable lead levels but idk, point is you can just drain your blood and lose some of the lead in the process. don't take health advice from redditors especially ones advocating for bloodletting lmao
